We?ve been to Diagnostic Automotive a couple of times and had great service. In fact, my AC went out recently during a triple digit stretch and they had it back to me in less than a day. After the debacle at Larry H. Miller we came here and asked to make an appointment for diagnostics and repairs. They asked if we had time right then. Yes! So they did diagnostics on our vehicle, explained everything and quoted a price. We had everything taken care of in half a day. Great people, great work and great price! I work out at a gym near Diagnostic in Riverton. decided to give them a try. I?ve now had four vehicles repairs there because I am amazed how good, honest and reasonable they are. And, they even called the LH Miller Ford to call them out on a repair of a catalytic converter on my truck that they did for me with aftermarket parts, instead of Ford parts and it went bad within 10 months. Saved me over 1000 dollars. Could not be happier with these guys. I would highly recommend them.

These guys seriously helped me out with a bad day. Im going to the gym vasa and I leave my car noticing I locked my keys in the car. The police couldn't help and my insurance was going to charge and arm and a leg. I walk in and the front desk lady was super nice and I told them my situation and they said they could help. I appreciate you guys so much for your help and I recommend this place for anyone out there that truly need help. I'll be bring my car in when there is any trouble since I am local.

This place is amazing (not to mention the Office Manager has the same name as me!) They were prompt to check me in, thoroughly putting my complaint down for the technician. When it was Diagnosed, they called me and went through every issue that was found.. with NO PRESSURE to do any work! I have an older vehicle so I had A LOT of issues.. they prioritized the issues and did not try to sale me work that was not completely necessary at that moment. The staff was so accommodating and the atmosphere is down right comfortable! I will be back for all of my future repairs and maintenance work! Definitely unfortunate that people have had a poor experience there?their parking lot is always full so you know they are doing something right!

I?ve been a repeat customer for 24 years. I can honestly say the mechanics can be grumpy, but they are always honest. Often they?ve thrown in a minor maintenance issue found during service. So I know even if they?re in poor mood their work is the best.

Very helpful and informative. Cost a few bucks to get a computer diagnostic done, but in the end they cured a 5 month long problem I had with my vehicle. Will definitely use then again if I get a check engine light that does not go away
